Cake orders

Cancellation of cake orders

As all cakes are made fresh to order, cancellations are only allowed if the baker has not yet started to prepare your cake. This means at least 24 hours notice is required before the booked delivery date and time. 

If the baker has already started preparing your cake, then no cancellation is allowed. 

For cancellation refunds, we can refund the amount paid in the form of in-store credit for your next purchase.

Damages and issues

All product concerns must be reported within 24 hours with photo proof or returned product for verification.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup. If your cake is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, contact us right away so we can review the issue and assist you.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during third-party delivery, as handling is beyond our control. In such cases, no refund will be provided, but we offer a replacement of the same cake at 50% of the original price as a goodwill option.

We recommend arranging your own preferred delivery service or self-pickup whenever possible.

 

Complaints made after 24 hours from the delivery or pickup date will not be eligible for refund or exchange, as external factors may affect the cake’s condition.

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Replacement of cake

In very rare occurrences, should a cake be unavailable after you have purchased the cake, we will contact you first to substitute the cake with the next best cake possible with the same or closest value.

 

Baking classes

As the ingredients and equipment are ordered and prepared for the total number of students per class, we are unable to accept any cancellation or changes once your booking is confirmed. 

No refunds or transfers to another class will be given once the booking is confirmed.

Your payment will be fully forfeited if you are unable attend the class due to any circumstances.

If you are unable to attend the class, please arrange for someone else to attend in your place and inform us of their details.
