When will my cake be ready?
All our fresh cream cakes are made fresh to order and will need at least 24 hours to be ready. Select your preferred pick up or delivery date and time during checkout and we'll make sure the cake is ready for you by then.
Some cake flavours are available for same day cake delivery. These cakes need to be ordered with us through phone call or Whatsapp before 11am and will be ready by 3pm for pick up or delivery on the same day.
How much is the cake delivery?
The cake delivery fee is charged by distance.
Please add your online cake order to cart, fill in the cake delivery details, and the checkout will calculate the delivery fee for you.
Can I pick up the cake instead?
Yes, you can arrange pick up of the cake from our shop at 7 Jalan SS 18/6, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Add the cake to the shopping cart, then select your desired pick up date and time.
Then proceed to checkout, fill in all your details and select the delivery option "Self pick up".
Are the cakes Halal?
We use certified Halal ingredients for all our cakes.
Does the cake contain alcohol?
No. Our cakes and baked goods all do not contain alcohol.
Can I write a message on the cake?
Our cakes have too many intricate designs for the baker to fit a message. Plus, writing a message on the cake will affect the finalised cake design.
However, you can add-on a Happy Birthday Cake Topper, Cake Candle or Transparent Cake Box with Ribbon to your online cake order to make it extra special for the recipient.
You can also add a message in the checkout for us to include as a handwritten note on a card to go with your cake delivery.
Can I customize the cake?
Our cakes are made to the highest standards with our special recipes, so it's not possible to customize the ingredients of our cakes as it would just not taste or look the same! If you have any concerns about ingredients or allergies, do let us know.
Do I need to refrigerate the cake?
Yes, the cake should be refrigerated upon delivery to keep the cake fresh.
How long can the cake be kept?
Our fresh cream cakes are best consumed within 48 hours.
